Data collected

Identity and contact details, delivery address, order history, login and browsing data, consents.

This data is collected through the contact form, customer account creation, orders and newsletter signup, and, with your consent, through cookies and trackers.

Purposes and legal bases

Order management, delivery and invoicing (performance of contract); customer account management (performance of contract); answering your requests (legitimate interest); sending the newsletter (consent); audience measurement and advertising (consent); accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation).

Recipients

Shopify (payment, order management, sending e-mails and the newsletter via Shopify Email); carriers (Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL); Lovable (website hosting); and, only with your consent, Google (Analytics, advertising), Meta (Meta Pixel) and Pinterest (Pinterest Tag).

Some providers may be located outside the European Union: these transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Retention periods

Order data, 10 years (accounting obligations); customer account, 3 years after last activity; prospects and newsletter, 3 years after last contact; contact requests, 3 years; cookies, 13 months maximum.

Security

Payment is encrypted and handled by secure payment providers. Maison Iris does not store any complete bank card data.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent at any time and post-mortem instructions.
