Delivery & returns

Shipping times

Each order is prepared by hand and dispatched within 3 working days after payment is confirmed. Delivery then takes 2 to 15 working days depending on the destination. You receive an email with the tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Pre-order products are dispatched on the date stated on their product page; payment is charged when you order.

Destinations and carriers

We deliver to mainland France (including Corsica) and European Union countries. Maison Iris chooses the carrier (Colissimo, Chronopost or DHL) depending on the destination and parcel weight.

Delivery charges

Free standard delivery for orders of €90 or more in mainland France. Otherwise: mainland France, standard delivery €7.99 or express delivery €10.99; European Union, €22. Delivery charges are displayed before payment.

On delivery

Check the parcel in front of the carrier and, if it is damaged, record specific reservations. If a product is broken or damaged, email contact@maisoniris-cotedazur.com within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging: we will replace it or refund you, as you prefer.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, without giving a reason.

Products must be returned new, unused, unlit and unopened, in perfect resale condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, unsealed products cannot be returned.

Personalised products: made to your request, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged.
